I think people need to have realistic expectations when you bring your pet to an emergency vet just like everything else if something worse comes in you go to the bottom of the heap. Having said that when I did get seen I felt like I got great care everyone in this office was very nice and I will say this , i actually appreciate the front desk staff being honest with me about the wait time it sets expectations and as long as I know the expectation I have no problem with it. Would definitely come back here again

I dont ever take the time to write a review, but I been to a few other ER vets, and hands down these Doctors and staff are absolutely the best! They actually listen to you and work with you for the best outcome for your pets.

The worst day of my life was on may 24th this year. When I had to say goodbye to my sweet princess. She had what we believed to be heart failure. At 6pm that day she was running around acting okay. And at 8pm her precious heart attacked her and she couldn’t breathe without having her head all the way up in the air. I found peace knowing I did the right thing and not letting her suffer. And I believe she gave me and my family so much love her heart just ran out of love for herself. When I got into the parking lot a vet / nurse came out and me and my wife forget her name but she was so helpful and understanding. Today I went and got her ashes and everyone there tells me to have a great day and they’re sorry for our loss. When they themselves have a tough day / night ahead of them. I’ll always miss my sweet princess but I’m blessed we took her to the right place for us not to feel judgement and for her to stop suffering. She’s in heaven now ?? thank you all and god bless. Pray that my princess isn’t upset because we are upset. But instead she’s up there playing and she’s ready for me when I come because she was my soul dog.

We had just gotten a kitten 10 days ago from last Saturday. Thinking this gal was a pretty chill kitty. But unfortunately, she took a turn for the worst. My husband & daughter took our kitty, Eevee here in hopes to make her better but she unfortunately passed before they made it. They were very kind with education on the situation, with keepsakes & lil knick knacks! I personally wasn't there but how special my daughter felt with the care of her baby Eevee made my heart melt. She felt seen, heard & cared for while her world was falling apart. Thank you to all the staff that day.

Took my dog Achilles when he was ill. Unfortunately it wasn't something that could be cured and we had to let him go. All of the staff were compassionate and sympathetic. They put us in a room where we could spend some last moments with him. They never rushed us. They made a difficult time a lot less stressful. My family greatly appreciated how we were treated and the care they took with our beloved boy.

I had to make the hard decision to have my 13 year old lab/mastiff mix put to sleep and the staff was nothing but wonderful during such a hard sad time. They came to my car to help get him out of the car then left us sitting in a nice private room to say our final goodbyes to our boy and explained the process so we would all understand what to expect. They made our family cards with his nose and paw print on it and paw print shaped keychains with a little bit of his fur in it and then a few days letter sent our family a card ❤️

Dr Bridges assisted our Irish Setter Saturday night as she was having difficulty breathing. It turns out she had laryngeal paralysis. She spent the night, but sadly, she just continued to have extreme difficulty breathing. Dr Bridges was excellent in his diagnosis and handling of the situation. As it turns out, we had to make the painful decision to put her to sleep the next day. Dr Heiken was equally caring and supportive. We were there 3 hours and they let us have all the time we wanted to say goodbye to our precious Molly. The entire staff couldn’t have been more caring and compassionate to us. We are heartbroken to lose our sweet girl, but know we did the right thing for her. I highly recommend Stark Emergency Veterinary Clinic.

I cannot thank this vet clinic enough for the amazing care they gave my dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. My dog was very sick, and the vet techs and doctor acted quickly to get him treated right away. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about his comfort and recovery. By the time we left, he was walking again and even wagging his tail, which meant the world to me. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed during such a stressful time. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about your pets.
